Getting started with METALFORM EDU as a Manager

Below, we outline the steps to access the system and what a Manager should do after purchasing METALFORM EDU license.

STEP 1 - Create your users (employees)

To create users in the system. You have two options to do so:
  1. Create users one at a time. Instructions for doing so can be found here.
  2. Batch upload users to the system. Instructions for doing so can be found here.

STEP 2 - Assign users a license

After users are created the next important step is to give them their access info (URL, username and password) and provide them a link to redeem their license. This step enables you to enroll the user to access any content assigned by you and to enroll in any additional courses of their choice.  (see the Course Catalog to review the METALFORM EDU course listing). 

STEP 3 - Assign users content

Now that your users are licensed to access content, you can assign them to courses and/or programs.
