How do I launch a course?

Only users assigned a content license can view course content. METALFORM EDU provides multiple ways for you to access courses assigned to you.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the default page you will be taken to upon logging into the system. The Dashboard page can also always be launched from anywhere on the site by clicking on the Dashboard  icon in the Left Nav. 
  1. From the Dashboard page, scroll down to the MY COURSES section of the page.

  2. From this section, you can:
    1. See the status (progress) in each of your enrolled courses.
      Important Note: It may take 2-5 minutes for a courses' progress to update from In Progress to 100% complete.
    2. Filter the courses by status (In Progress, Completed)

    3. Sort the order of the courses' display.

    4. Change the format in which the courses are displayed.
    5. Click on a course tile to launch it.

My Courses Drop-down

The MY COURSES drop-down is at the top of every page of the system.
  1. Click on the drop-down to see all courses in which you are enrolled.
  2. Click on a course name to launch it.

    The course launches.
