How do I view the system as my learners see it?

To help troubleshoot learner issues, you can view the system exactly as your learners see it. To do so:
  1. Click on a learner's name anywhere that learner appears in the system as a hyperlink (i.e. on your dashboard, the Manage Users page, in a report). This will take you to their profile page.
  2. On the right side of the page in the Administration section, click Log in as. The following message will display.
  3. Click Continue. You are now in the logged into the system as that user.
Very Important Note: Anything you do in the system while logged in as a user will be reflected as that user's work.
