How do I view my grades and progress?

You must have an active license to METALFORM EDU to view your current and past grades. If you do not have an active license, the manager who assigned you your license can run a report and provide you with this information.
  1. Log in to the system (https://pma.metalformedu.org/login/index.php). If you have any active license, your learner dashboard will display. 


    The My Courses section of your dashboard shows 20 courses in which you are enrolled, and includes the percent completion, course status, date you started the course, date you completed the course, and your grade.
  2. To view additional courses, click View full report at the bottom.
  3. To find your progress in a specific course, click Show more... at the top and use the filters at the top to find the specific information you are seeking. For example, you can filter for all courses in which you were enrolled in the last 7 days, all courses you completed last year, specific course names, etc. 


  4. Additionally, your dashboard will show you any learning plans an programs that you have been assigned.


    Click on a plan or program name to see your status through them.
    1. A learning plan will show you the due date, person who assigned it, content items that it comprises (programs, courses and/or milestones), and the due dates and completion dates for each item. 

    2. A program will show you the date it was assigned, date it is due, the courses you need to access and the completion status for each.
