How do I view and/or download certificates earned by my employees (learners)?
- Click on a learner's name anywhere that learner appears in the system as a hyperlink (i.e. on your dashboard, the Manage Users page, in a report). This will take you to their profile page.
- Click My Course Certificates in the Miscellaneous section. The My Course Certificates page displays.
- Click the
icon to view and/or download an employee's certificate.
