How do I see the status of all licenses purchased?
Viewing Licenses Purchased
To see the status of all licenses you have purchased and how many have not yet been redeemed:
- Log in to the system. The Manager Dashboard displays by default.
- To view who redeemed licenses, go to Manage My Organization > License Purchased. The License Purchased page displays, showing:
This page shows you: - All licenses purchased
- The date they were purchased
- The date they were accessed
- The last login
- #courses enrolled and completed
- Expiry dates
Viewing Who Redeemed Licenses
To view who redeemed licenses, go to Manage My Organization > License Redemptions. The License Redemptions page displays, showing:
This page shows you:
- The name of a person who redeemed a license.
- The date it was redeemed.
- The name of the license redeemed.
- The date the license expires.
