How do I see the status of all licenses purchased?
- To see your current license usage:
- Log in to the system.
- Select Licenses Purchased & Redeemed from the Manage My Organization menu at the top of the page. A report will display showing all licenses you have purchased, with the following information per license:
- License name
- # licenses purchased
- # licenses used
- Date purchased (Created)
- If a license was redeemed (used), you can also see:
- Who it was used by
- Date they activated it
- Date the license expires
- You can also do the following from this page:
- Filter the information above to find specific data (i.e. a license purchased or redeemed on a specific date, a license redeemed by a specific person).
- Find the license redemption link to be provided to whomever you wish to assign the license.
