How do I reset an employee's (user's) password?

Security reasons prevent you from seeing employee passwords; you may only reset them. 

To reset a password:
  1. Log in to the system (https://pma.metalformedu.org/login/index.php).
  2. Go to Manage My Organization > Manage Users. The users in your organization display.
  3. Click the Gear  icon next to the user whose password you wish to reset. If you have a lot of users, you can use the letters at the top of the page to narrow down the results.
  4. In the page that displays, click on Click to enter text to enter a new password in the New password field.

    1. It is recommended that you check Force password change so that the user is required to set his/her own password upon logging in.
    2. If you dislike typing blindly, click the eye  icon to show the password as you type.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the dialog, and click Update profile.
