How do I change which email notifications I receive from METALFORM EDU?

METALFORM EDU is configured to send out automated emails upon specific events, such as the following:
  1. A user is assigned a learning plan.
  2. A user's learning plan is overdue.
  3. A user is assigned a program.
  4. A user's completion of the program is overdue.
At any time, you can control which notifications you receive from the system or turn all notifications off altogether.

To edit your notification settings:
  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Click the down carat at the top right of the page next to your initials, and select Preferences from the drop-down that displays.

    The Preferences page displays.
  3. Click the last item, Notification preferences. The Notification preferences page displays.
  4. To turn off all notifications from the system, click the Disable notifications checkbox. The toggle for all notifications will turn off.
  5. Alternatively, to turn off specific notifications:
    1. Scroll down the list of notifications to find the notification(s) you wish to turn off. 
    2. Then click the toggle for that notification to turn it off.
  6. You can turn notifications back on at any time by repeating the steps above.
